EnAble India in partnership with Curtin University, Australia is been
providing Cisco Certified Networking Associate Course for Visually
Impaired
since 2008.
This course enhances the chance of employability for visually impaired
persons in technical field like computer networking and service management
positions which are available in companies like IBM, TCS, Wipro, EDS and
many more companies.
This course can also contribute to the career growth for those who are
already working. This is a great bridge course for visually impaired
graduates who have taken up arts but have been interested in IT.
In last few years EnAble India is able to place many CCNA candidates in
semi
technical roles like IT helpdesk, service management, Service request
administrator and more...
Cisco, India in collaboration with EnAble India, Bangalore is officially
launching the Cisco Certified Network Associate course for visually
impaired
on August 15th 2012.
Candidates who are interested and eligible can apply for the same.

Cisco Certified Networking Associate Course For Visually Impaired
Objective
To enhance the chance of employability for visually impaired persons in
technical field like computer networking and service management positions.
Duration
6 months
(August 2012 to January 2012)
Training Mode
Theory sessions will be conducted via online
Practical lab will be available at Cisco Academies in 6 different zones of
the country
Schedule for theory & lab sessions will be provided for candidates
Candidates will be provided access to Cisco materials on the academy
website
Medium of instructions
English
Methodology
It is an instructor led program using customized Cisco standard materials
and teaching aids clubbed with group discussions.
Eligibility
Any visually impaired person with graduation or equivalent diploma. +2
pass
candidates may be considered on an exception basis.
Candidates who are good with Basics of computers & Internet
Candidates with good English language skills

1. Need to contact EnAble India, Bangalore and register for the CCNA
course.
2. Need to fill the CCNA registration form
3. Trainer will be selected after evaluation test
