ticket is not on concession. But there is a handicapped quota upon the

Hi friends last week I had to travel to ludhiana, for which when I was
taking railway reservation in Garib Rath express then he told me that
in Garib rath express no concession for the blind is available and you
have to take as a general passenger. friends is it so? did you people
also experienced it?
