Even no Vi athelete has been selected for paralympic by pci despite
qualifying A level. For example Ramkaran singh who is getting Arjuna award
on 29th this month had qualified a level but was not considered for
paralympic so you can understand the sorry part. I completely agree with
rajesh.

Good, however no female athlete has been selected from India for
paralympics 2012.
Ms. Kanchan mala pande a very good international swimmer who is visually
challenged could not go to A qualifying tournaments in April/May this year
in order to participate in Paralympics even after qualifying for D,C and B
levels due to apathy of Indian officials.
This is the sorry state of affairs in India.
