I see many a times, we folks seem to respond in a very agressive manner.
Obviously, a person new to computers would not know what would be the
requirements while making a query like this.
Don't forget you would have been in the same place some time back. The fact
that one is more knowledgable in a course of time, is more with the inputs
you gained from friends, teachers and books.
Keep your head on your shoulders friends.
