Srikanth, I have been Citibank's app on iPhone and it's fairly good not much of accessibility problems but has several usability issues. I did install SBI app too, but haven't yet tried.
Pavan, Going to RbI will not bring quick solution. I think, we should start working with respective banks and application developers. In case they deny to make their applications accesssible, then we should take the route of RBI or any legal thing.
