dear zujar sir. thanks a lot. your logic of offset combined with match and large or small worked perfectly in bank and my superior madam congradulated me. everything goes to you. now, we have almost made excel calculate automatically once we paste the new data every week in required columns in specified sheet and excel will automatically calculate and rank the performance clearly with all divisions, subdivisions etc.
