i am using samsung top loading fully automatic washing machine and I am satisfied with its performance as well as customer care service. It has soft touch buttons which could be easily identified. Whether front loading or top loading, my first suggestion is IFB. Machines with soft touch buttons are still available in plenty. if you choose front loading, IFB is the best one to my knowledge. and again, I'm not happy with their service, if you lodge a complaint, they take at least 3 to 5 days to attending that. I have an old model, which has nobs for programming so I don't have any trouble with setting it up. I've also pasted few identification lables for my convenient. But I was told all the latest models are with anoying touch sense.
