I’m unable to avail 20% concession in broad band in BSNL even after
producing circular. I rote letter and also enclosed blind certificate.
For this, they have given the reasons like this:
There is no emblem of BSNL and they told me that I have typed every
thing in white paper and produced the circular it seems.
Please help to resolve this issue as early as possible.
