Hi Payal, I have had no problems with them. I have two accounts with them. Their net banking is mostly accessible and thus far, they have not given me any grief. I got my account in 2002 though. You are going through your employer so you should not have a problem.
The above comments could be dated since at the time I got my accounts, there were no laws mandating the provision of facilities to the blind. My information went in a batch along with that of a bunch of new joiners. Can you sign on paper? If so, then you should not have a problem. Just fill out the forms and let your documents go along with everyone else's. Remember, for the junior executive, you are just another cog enabling him to meet his sales target.
