no, no nothing will be lost by restoring factory settings.only yourphone settings will be re-stored as original. You will have to arrangethem again as you like. No data will be lost even it is advised batterto copy your contacts to sim card if possible. Note, I have suggested for re-store factory settings not formating the phone. If you formate then everything on the phone will be lost and phone itself will bere-installed.
