braille displays are the best suitable devices for deaf-blind persons. i
have gone through the magazine "hotline" 10-15 years ago, specially
published for deaf-blind persons in braille. you can also search for
american action fund for blind children and adults. they may have some
matterial on it. i don't have their proper address.
