Kindly find below the process for making Talks say Thursday instead of Th. 
The same process can be used for the other days of the week.

1. In Talks, go to the User Dictionary tab.
2. In the User Dictionary tab, press the left soft key to display the 
various options & select Add New.
3. You will be automatically placed in an edit field. Type Th in this field.
4. Press the down arrow to move to the Replacement edit field.
5. Type Thursday in the Replacement edit field.
6. Press the left soft key to save the entry & complete the process.
