Subject to corrections by the Moderator 
There are about 2500 email Ids which have subscribed to Accessindia. 
Most of these Ids belong to visually challenged people in India. 
Some are foreigners
Some ids belong to organisations
Some ids belong to well wishers etc. Who are not visually challenged
Some people like me subscribe with 2 or more Ids

Some don’t have personal computers at home but use their office/college 
computers to subscribe and be part of the list. 
 
There is no way to give the exact break up and composition. 

There may be another 100 who have unsubscribed from the list.
My personal guess is that there must be another 5000 -10,000 visually 
challenged users of computers in India who are not accessindia members.

Yes, the complexity in ascertaining the actual figure is well understood.
and members come and go frequently.
but there must be some rough figures, no?
