Hi Firstly, take a backup of your memory card. Applications installed on your memory card will not get activated after formatting the phone. You need to reinstall each of them preferably, again on the memory card. If by any chance you are having a virus on the memory card or the cause of formatting the phone is memory card related, it is better to format the memory card on a system which is free from virus. Please note, you will lose all data on the memory card.
