I am just catching this by chance. I am not familiar with the program
but will see what I can find.
For Advanced level English, look at courses and text books for the
Cambridge Certificate of Advanced English or the Proficiency exam.
A while back, a guy created an email forum for English. it is very
low traffic but you might find some folks there to give advice or study with.
