Dear Vetri

I hope Asif would be chipping on this soon. However, the issue is when Iris
picture cannot be taken in some condition of blindness, an exception has to be
made. Similarly, when some finger are not present or fingerprint is not
captured by the system for whatever reasons exception has to be made.

The officials are instructed to handle such situations and there is no need to
exclude anyone on this ground.

Subject: [AI] Regarding photograph for the biometric card

Hi all,

The officials in my village are taking pictures for the above subject
and I have just learnt that visually challenged persons in some places
within Tamilnadu are told that they will be photographed seperately at
later point. Can someone clarify me regarding this? In the event of
the same situation tomorrow, I am trying to compose an appropriate
response to such statements from those officials. So your quick
response will be greatly appriciated.

Vetri.
