Dear Vetri I hope Asif would be chipping on this soon. However, the issue is when Iris picture cannot be taken in some condition of blindness, an exception has to be made. Similarly, when some finger are not present or fingerprint is not captured by the system for whatever reasons exception has to be made. The officials are instructed to handle such situations and there is no need to exclude anyone on this ground.
