Hi, u can certainly avail the ATM benefit. Actually at SBI i was told, that i won't be given an ATM simply because i am blind, dispite of showing them the RBI guidelines. However since i fought with the support of XRCVC,i could get the ATM facility. Thanks, Bhavesh.
