My experience with the said website is good. There website too is
fairly
accessible. I have requested them to make it more accessible during
filling a recent feedback form. I have found that they have a very good
search methodology where in one can drill down to the desired product.
For
eg. I wanted to purchase a cell phone. I selected the brands, its price
range and the specific features and got a list of phones meeting the
defined criteria. However when I wanted to alter or remove a criteria
specified earlier then I could not locate any ways to do the same.
Subsequently I took a sighted assistance to remove the said criteria.
My
friend told me that there is a short cross sign next to the selected
criteria. Once the said cross sign was clicked the said constraint was
removed.
Apart from the above shortcoming I found the site accessible. Its
compare
feature too (used for comparing upto 4 models of product) is very good.
Owing to its good features, I would recommend people to use the site. I
would like to indicate that till now I have used this site for
purchasing
computer peripherals and an Ipod only.
