enquire in your university/board/department which is conducting the exam.
there is no universal guidelines. the ministry of social justice and
empowerment is trying upon direction by CCPD to bring out the same. usually,
the option of writer and extra time of 20 minutes for every hour is given.
normally, there will be no restrictions on the age of the writer. but, some
officials assume it and impose on you. many a times, they themselves become
law makers and interpreters and think that their own ideas as rules and also
try to blindly impose them. that is why don't relay upon any oral
explanations. demand an authentic written
document/circular/notification/order in the matter. after reading that
circular you may clear yourself on the doubts.
