Every morning I go to the gym and workout for 1 hour. My gym instructor
encourages me to try and use all the equipments available and helps me to do
balanced workout everyday. Although he did not go through any form of
training to understand the needs of VI people, he does a right thing - he
asks me and uses common sense all the time.
For physical fitness consider going to gym and schedule a proper workout
session.
