Thanks a lot Sinoj. I have been in touch with a few people at Manorama
online regarding the improvement of accessibility. Lets hope they'd do
something about it sooner rather than later.
Are any of the major journals such as Mathrubhumi weekly available
online and accessible with Jaws

Sir,
I think, Manorama is not using Unicode font in their site. I am also same
problem with Manorama. I usually reading Mathrubhumi and satisfied with
accessibility.
Mathrubhumi, Madhyamam, Mangalam Kerala koumudi and may be Desabhimani are
accessible I.e, readable with ESpeak.
Thank you.

Subject: [AI] problem with a number of malayalam newspapers and
Jaws/NVDAwith E speak

Hello friends.
As ESpeak supports malayalam language, I have been trying to read the
malayalam newspapers with Jaws or at times NVDA using the ESpeak TTS.
However I can't read most of the papers.
Malayala Manorama, manoramaonline.com
Deepika, deepika.com are all innaccessible. ESpeak is unable to read
malayalam on these pages. With Mathrubhumi I was able to read, but in
their mobile version, a number of pages aren't available, only a
couple of pages have their content available.
I am using IE 9 on a Windows7 32 bits machine. I had downloaded the
manorama fond from the site but I still couldn't access the page.
What can be done? Are there there any malayalam daily available that
is fully screen reader accessible?
Regards,
