Dear Subramani,

I have few short cuts to edit Excel Formula in MS Excel 2007 with JAWS 14.0;

Enable edit mode by simply pressing F2; it activates the edit mode and the
active cell and positions the insertion point at the end of the cell
contents. It also moves the insertion point into the Formula Bar when
editing in a cell is turned off.

Say Formula: Use CTRL+F2. Reads the formula that is in the current cell. If
the keystroke is pressed twice quickly, the formula is displayed in a
message box so that you can easily review it with the JAWS cursor.

Note: CTRL+F2 displays the Print Preview window on few versions/ please try
CTRL+` to see the formula, Alternates between displaying cell values and
displaying formulas in the worksheet.

Mitrajyothi is inviting candidates to the MS Excel workshop which starts
from 11th Feb to 16th Feb. Write to me for more details.

Regards,

Tony
