GoldWave is the most accessible software in this regard. Of course, it needs
some training in the beginning, but it can be done easily later without any
sighted help. I do it successfully.

Request advise and help in accomplishing the mentioned task accessibly

-I have a large MP3 audio file which I want to break into smaller
manageable
bits, and move material from within it to create a new file as per topics
that I want to work with. So essentially, I want to cut certain bits of
matter and paste it with some other available in the original file to
create
a new file.
-This file needs to have a time marker as per the size of the file, and
need
not be even sized files. I want to create separate files for each topic.
-Advise sought on how to accomplish this in the most accessible manner,
using which software or utility?
Is it possible to create a daisy book of sorts using any available daisy
utility for such a purpose?
