Our primary target audience is the people at large. It is definitely not
the VI population

Starting such a  programme is really a  great initiative. It will certainly
change the point of view of people. 
My suggestion is that through this source not only the VI people should be
given awareness but the need is to mould the narrow mind-sets of
indifferent people too.
