hai sir, i had experience of working with hearing impaired people in polaris software company before entering into bank. for them, no need of special softwares to operate. problem is learning languages including programming languages as company wont teach them separately. still they manage that challenge by reading the lip of teachers inside class as well as take notes quickly. one lady has finished MCA in barathiyar university by listening lectures with eyes and seeing graphs.
