I agree Akhilesh. Although the announcements made in the budget may be
useful, however, things like conssessional eticketing facility may
have been apealing and more easyly implimentable without much cost of
implimentation as compare to the sticking braille stickers in the
trains and that too only God knows when that will be implimented if at
all it will be implimented. and how about intigrating the same in the
design of the koaches in future?

I still maintain that, the extention of conssessional eticketing
facility is just a matter of decission on the bureaucratic level and
easyly doable.

If someone may help me get the copy of the highcourt order, I may try
to talk to some of my contacts and see if something can be done, as I
too want the same to be introduced at the earliest.
