Just heard from Mr.Pincha that the Department of Disability has issued Uniform guidelines for conducting examinations for Persons with Disability. This is a good step forward. Of course, every guideline has room for improvement. We do hope that this document would evolve with time to include technological advances and changes in thinking. The guidelines has been notified today and should be available on the various websites soon. Well done Mr.Prasanna Pincha.
