Hmm, ask those blind people who are in pained to see reservation is curtailed for totally blind. in the draft document of Disability act 2012 reservation for disabled has been proposed from 3 to 5%, but totally blind and partially blind will have to share 0.5% each.. Why hasn't been huge rallies around this very crucial concern? further, what to say about Budget, I can only say, lets all vote and ask other fellow beings to show these political parties our voting strength in upcoming general election 2014..
