Nowadays I am also in the same process of getting a home loan. I think the
thumb impression should not be an issue. I know there is no provision for
any concession for the visually challenged.

One of my VI friends is going to apply for home loan from a PSU bank.
He wishes to know if ther’s any provisions for concessions on interest
rates or any other fees. He works for a private sector company.
