same here. i am paying all the airtel telephone bills of my office online
since last six months, but, since last 3 months facing same issue. better,
we should take the matter with airtel officials. I am to take sighted
assistance (my office colleagues) to click pay now and to select the payment
mode.

Is anyone using Airtel's bill pay facilities? I ask because they appear to
have changed the site layout. All alternative text tags have disappeared
and
the "pay button" that appears on the page where you choose your bank is
not
even seen by jaws and or NVDA.
Can anyone else confirm this before I go to Airtel? I have had a few
experiences where these have been screen reader related problems.
Note:
I am using IE9 though I have had the same experience with Firefox 19.2.
