I am very sorry, if u felt twinged by my words, but i never intented that! Actually I was too frank to describe the reallity of this exam! it has never been so easy to talk of subsequent stages with out seeying the richness of commissioning the first stage. Ok feel free to ask me any thing relating to civil services in future, relax brother!
