after testing the hindu website,I check try to read mails using
thunderbird with the help of nvda, but sad to say that, not atall
funtioning anything.
then tested with jaws no problem.
about my system configuration, this is not an old system dear
friend, I bot this system before 4 month back.
for understanding the correct system configuration, iam adding that in
the below.
the configuration of my system is,
I 3 processer.
ram: 4 gb.
hard disks are:
there are 2 hard disk.
1 tb hard disk and 260 gb hard disk.
anti virus which iam using is, ms essential.
what might be the problem dear friend??
because of virus these are happens to me??
apart from nvda, skype and skype watch also not functioning while
turning on skype and jaws.
while turning on skype and while navigating with downarrow this is the
message iam getting all times,

and all attempts to fix this without reloading JAWS or Skype have failed.
JAWS and/or Skype must be restarted to fix this problem.
Until the below directions are followed, many things will not work
correctly in Skype with JAWS.
Please close all screen readers, then restart JAWS and see if this
corrects the problem.
If you have already done this but the problem remains, close and restart
Skype. This should not usually be necessary.

this both problems are started reasondly.
so, please someone help me to solve these ishues.
