I can say with confidence that St. Stephens college is one of the most sensitized and most well equipped for students with disabilities. There is always scope for improvement for everyone and St. Stephens should keep reviewing its policies for students with disabilities. Within the Delhi University EOC we did have a grudge that they do things on their own and do not completely follow the DU guidelines. However, as a disabled I understand that these are administrative and political issues and willingness to empower the disabled is not the problem as far as St. Stephens is concerned. This media article could have named so many other colleges all over the country and then its claims would not have been contested by anyone.
