I'd request each one on this list not to generalise the issue of accessibility of certain data cards in accordance with the brand name. I can furnish many examples where certain versions of some brands are accessible but the higher versions of the same brands are not really accessible. I myself can claim that the data card of iBall brand that I'm having is not only accessible in terms of connecting and disconnecting the internet, but also accessible completely even with respect to making and receiving calls, sending and receiving text messages along with executing the USSD commands. When I suggested the same to one of my friends to get hold of the same data card, he bought it and found to be completely inaccessible, the difference was in terms of their versions. the iBall data card that I'm having, and found to be accessible is version 2.0 and the same brand data card that the person cited above, was provided is with version 3.0.
