Dear All I just wish to know from those who access Talking ATMs installed by various banks, Are you able to perform Card to Card Funds transfer indipendently? Here at JNU, One SBI's Talking AtM is installed, but when we induct the pin, and Message starts coming 'Wellcome to SBI' and so on. then it doesn't read all options like it shows without inducting Pin. Isn't it a drawback of these ATM Machines? How has been your experience.
