Friends, today I went to book the ticket for dellhi, in the train bandra
nizamuddin garib rath {12909}.
In this train the blinds does not get the concession and cenior citizen gets
the same. here my escaut is 68 years old and entitle to get cenior citizen
concession. due to nonavailability of tickets in gendral coata i asked to book
both tickets in handicap coata, the person gave me the ticket but refused to
give the concession to the escaut.
he also asserted that handicap person will not be given a single ticket in a
handicap quota.
