it all right, but, who will ring the bell. ubetter we all should send emails and letters in bulk to IRCTC and the chairman of the railway board and the rail minister as well. otherwise, this topic will end right here in accessindia portal.

In my view, there is no need for any verrification especially for
booking the tickets by IRCTC because in last step, concerned bank do
this work during payment by various methods.

no, no, audio capture never be listen very clear. also sometimes it takes

to long if the user have a dialup connection. i never suggest this
solution to IRCTC. this code must be permanently removed from their site.

if they want real security, they can put mathematical question.

Many sites now have audio captchas along side visual ones as standard
practices of accessibility. If the IRCTC is not in favor of taking the
captchas out altogether, they should also provide for audio captcha
option besides the visual one.

hello accessindia!

as you all know that while booking tickets online on IRCTC user has to
type
image verification code, which is not accessible with a screen reading
software. this code must be permanently removed from their website. can

we
legally challenge this issue either on the court of CCPD or high court?

I
had several communication with IRCTC but they are taking this matter
very
unwisely.
please don't suggest webvisum solution for the purpose. webvisum is an
additional tool, not a permanent solution. also some of netbanking and
credit card sites does not support firefox interface.
I also request to please don't merge this subject with the high court
order
for online booking of tickets.
I request to the legal experts, please draft a letter which we the
accessindians will send to the IRCTC. as they will receive thousands of

mail
on their system, this issue will definitely be resolve.
