Dear all, As per the rules, it was mentioned that for the July session, the last date for filling the examination forms without late fees was 31st March, but yesterday browsing through IGNOU website I came acrosss an imformation that the date without late fees has been extented to 30 April. I would like to know from the knowledgable members that whether it is true or just a fake one, because you can't bbe totally dependable on these websites.
