hi actuall procedure is if city bus pass you need to cary your medical board certificate either from Gandhi or Sarojini devi haspital and district bus pass you need to approach abdulGanj or Dilsukhnagar bus stand in dilsukhnagar they will give district bus pass every day till 3 PM your original medical certificate is necessary for traine pass cary your original medical certificate along with filled concission form approach police hospital located nalogonda X road or above menctioned hospitals
