Hi Rakesh,

I am really glad, that you have taken an initiative to mention the
important issues faced by persons with disabilities for the IRCTC
website. But i am afraid, that IRCTC will listen to those issues, As i
have heard, they have already said that they are not willing to make
the website/portal accessible to the pwd. However i will appriciate if
they resolve the issues faced by us. There's no harm in trying.
