Hi Mam, Based on what I have observed: 1. Body language, 2. Table etiquettes, 3. Grooming in general, 4. Drafting and formatting (a part of business communication), 5. An overview of differences in the corporate practices followed in big countries, along with internationally accepted practices are the other topics which I feel can be included.
A general observation, we need not change the basic modules greatly to make it disability compliant. As everything becomes easier once the hesitation of accepting and talking about our disability is gone. Also, verbal communication should not be extensively covered, as generally we are good at it. Rest all depends on the kind of targeted audience, and other such factors. Please take it as my personal opinion, as you are more experienced than me. Regards, -- Amar Jain.
