hello,
as i am fond of reading gujarati materials, i was trying to locate
good library who is offering the talking books that can be played on
normal mp3 players, i tried googling lot for it but couldn't find any
worht results. but recently, i have found one good library offering
this service and thinking that you too might be interested in reading
such books, sharing the information here and what more, you can also
have the books in punjabi, bengali and urdu.

before recommending this site, i myself purchased few books from them
and enjoyed listening as they are recorded on a very proffessional
quallity so if you are interested, go through the information given
below:

Tiger Books Limited, the parent company of
indiantalkingbooks.com
was established in London, United Kingdom in 1985 in response to
demand for spoken word books in Urdu, Hindi, Panjabi, Gujerati and
Bengali languages.
Originally these audio books were published as a resource for sight
impaired listeners who could not read the printed material, but very
soon talking books
emerged also as a listening entertainment during long journeys by car
train and planes and making mundane tasks like cooking, ironing and
cleaning the
house a pleasure.  These books  offer stories, novels, biographies and
religious works among other subjects.

Audio Books also serve as a tool to learn a language and an aid to
pronunciation in language laboratories in universities, schools and
colleges and help
people who understand a  language but cannot read the script.

With technology changing our lives rapidly more and more people have
access to the internet, and with the advent of MP3 players the
indiantalkingbooks.com
site gives everyone a chance to download their favourite book as MP3.
Whether you are young or old, at home or out and about it is now
easier than ever
to download and listen to these books at any time.

and the URL to this library is:
www.indiantalkingbooks.com

good thing with this site is that before making any purchase, you can
listen to these books in sample mode for few minutes, then make your
decision accordingly.
so enjoy listening,
thanks,
mukesh.
