Up to the best of my knowledge, this is a freeware, I had taken a copy of it around 13 years back from NAB Delhi, I had a chat with NAB people and they are ready to give it again unless they manage to update some missing file from their master copy. Same is the case with my copy of it, one file got missed due to some virus and that is why I requested.
