hello sir. if u want to add new contact in your skype then follow this step.
go to run dialogue by pressing windows+r and type skype and colen sign. by
pressing shift and semmi collen. and then type the skype ID of the person
whom u want to add after that press question mark? and then type A double D.
and then hit enter. no any space bar. try with my skype ID
