Dear all currently i am in SBI for the post of assistant. no proper work is still given but knowledge of banking area is growing gradually. sometimes i have to communicate with client when my officer is not beside me. well, when once communication is started with client, i haven't any problem, but the basic problem is that i am unable to find that somebody comes to my counter without any sound or other signs. at that time, some customers just come and simply go because they may find no any special expression on my face. how to solve this problem as a totally blind? anybody's experience like me at working plase?
