In the last few days the mails I sent to accessindia did not appear on the
list quickly. I tried to resend the mails and that is why you see multiple
copies. In fact the other two mails I have sent recently have also appeared
1 day late. 
My mails to other mailing lists are going properly.
To check if the problem has been resolved I am mentioning the time of
sending this mail.
