I am not in position to guide you on accessibility issue, but I will share my experience shopping with snapdeal. Once I bought a product from this website, the product was being shown available and with in stock list, i didn't recieve the product till 10 days, when i enquired the customer team they told me that the product is out of stock, hense it can not be delivered, thank god I opted COD for that product.
