Dear All, Greetings for the day!!!
I am writing this mail to get the proper instructions of installing Jaws 14 demo. I have successfully downloaded and installed both Jaws14-32 bit an its OCR engine FSOmniPage in my office windows xp. Even after, I am unable to identify the graphics. If I am not wrong Jaws is skipping the graphics. As I am getting most of my official mails including graphics format, I am totally upset with this. Do I need to install any of Jaws component files to avoid this problem? Or Can I correct it with any options settings? I discussed with my system admin and as he was unaware about Jaws and its customizing, he could not help me in this regard. Though we tried to solve the issue, our lack of knowledge to trigger the problem was leading us to a big failure and have been suggested to use the Jaws 13 Which I am currently using. I do hope my friends will understand the cituation and provide a better solution as early as possible. Thanks for your time and look forward for your positive response.
