There are many legal vetarans available with us I am requesting them to intervene. Allegations are just allegations you can not know the truth unless it is tried and proved in the court of law. Some people are jumping at conclusion on their own and using words that are not needed. If the person really wishes to do good she would have written to list directly. Moderator sir can tell us if that email id is on the list or not. We are becoming a part of legal battle that is not called for. All the members will be a part of offence if we speak any thing against some one or the company without the proofs, to quote an example if we say that there is an investigation underway on alleged cheating it is lawful but when the matter is sub judice it is wrong to speak terming it to be fraud. Delay in delivering the phones to all the people who ordered was not in my control directly, i was facilitating the orders and deliveries, not all that is written is truth, i had said that i shall write the facts on 21st but i refrained from doing so to avoid more discussion on the list. Many have presented half truths about all. Except 2 -3 people who had placed orders for quad core processors, all others were upgrades. i have always told every one on the mail that introduced the quad core that we will have delays, in delivery they were all ok with it. Every one is using the list to put their own versions of the facts but has any one tried to listen to me? I am opent to putting of the facts before a panel in writing so that we can ensure that the real truth is OUT. why are some of us being biased about me? if there is a dispute is it that we come to conclusion based on the versions of one side, Ok agreed that there are so many of us talking together but still do i not have a chance to speak? Why is that member who is floating the information doing it to personal email id's because she thinks that i wont know about it, When Dr Ramkumar wrote about my Presentation at university she sent him the mail, being a non tamilian i have demonstrated the 95% accurate Tamil OCR, no one can claim 100%, ask him, Kannan C to tell me that i am wrong, they have said they are hardly influenced by the mails that she has sent to them. She thinks that by keeping the conversation private the company wont understand, she is not sending the mails to the list where as she is a subscribed to the list. ever since the mails that were floated to members they were influenced by the content of the subject and it took a different turn, the company has already filed case in the Court of law on 18th April 2013,the case number is 1944/ 2013, U/s Sec 66 A of the it act and U/s 499, 500. against the offender, and who so ever wishes to continue speaking on that subject shall also get involved in it Raaj, Devidas nayak, Rahul kelapure and Vishnu had no business with it, you all arrive at conclusions on your own that you label the company and me as Fraud, and other things that are defamatory in nature, i dont think you are the authority to pass the subject that reads some one is fraud, how do you term that. the offender targeted the customers from the list of the people those ordered the phones that we had given and others through the list, all those people who commented or know me she sent the mails, all this is subject to investigation, who all and where all the mails have been sent. Davids claims are as inflated as the Huge amounts were collected. all this is done to do what. We all are falling prey to someone who is alleging and nothing is proved in courts. Any one who wants to keep this discussion may continue to do so all the communication is and shall be a part of the evidence or offence hence one and all can keep writing about it. Dear moderator sir since the matter is already in the court it is not right in the interest of the list and the members to keep any content in the future, that is not supported by any documented proof and the company shall be forced to use the available legal steps to protect it self and its directors. we are not requesting any action from your side on removing the content of the mails that are in the present lists, we are all a family some one from outside can not spoil our relations. This Email in parts is in the capacity of authorised representative as Mr Kiran is authorised by the Board resolutions to take actions on the the offenders (none from the list) this mail is for clarifications of the company and not an individual, Any comments on the subject shall strictly to be to the email address, [email protected]. This is issued on the list from the id as it is registered with the list. I am sure you shall not permit any other nature of discussion.
