Well if i remember well, I've disabled showing of offline contacts just to get rid of contacts. I can just see online contacts. If you dont see a single online contacts then in that case there must be either some firewall which blocks the port but i'm not fairly sure off, will just re-check and let you know. but otherwise once logged in, it should show you online contacts.
